Cultural Resources, Inc. (CRI) was established in 1995, as a small business specializing in cultural resource management and historic preservation services. With offices in Fredericksburg, Richmond, and Norfolk, Virginia, and an office in Frederick, Maryland, CRI provides client services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. CRI provides the full range of cultural resource management services to a variety of clients, including property owners, private developers, architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firms, utility, pipeline, and cellular tower companies, and local, state, and federal government agencies. CRI understands the requirements of federal, state and local historic preservation regulation and how to plan for the identification and management of historic properties, which results in proactive decision making, financial savings and effective stewardship of our cultural heritage.
